I met Aaron and his team through my regular networking group. We worked together on an initial project where I was so impressed by his team’s professionalism, standard of work and punctuality that I immediately added them to our regular list of sub-contractors. They treat my clients as if they were their own and I can always rely on them – especially when the stakes are high. For us, AGS has the perfect balance – they’re large enough to make skilled trades available at short notice but are also small enough that I could pick up the phone to Aaron directly. We were facing one of our busiest periods – Christmas. We knew that closing the show home was simply not an option. I knew that the secret to completing the project smoothly was going to be in getting an excellent contractor that understood the importance of communication and coordination. Due to the tight deadline, and the fact that some of the work would need to be done over the Christmas period, I also knew that we needed a flexible and reliable team. When I spoke to Aaron, it was immediately obvious that he ‘got it’. Between us we agreed a schedule that would cause the least disruption whilst still enabling access for customers to the show home. Not only that but the AGS guys took care of all furniture removal and covering so our staff were not further disrupted. Despite the time of year, the AGS team showed up on evenings, weekends and even over Christmas to ensure the project was completed on time. I work with contractors all of the time. And I have to say, finding teams like AGS is rare! It’s like they purposefully look for ways to go above and beyond

Office refurb projects require us to work fast and smart. Often, we’re given short notice to start the project and a tight deadline to boot. The conference room at Dalton Seeds is in high demand. We use it for both internal and external meetings on a regular basis. Having it out of action for a week was simply not an option. We often use the room for large meetings and there’s nothing worse than having a space that echoes when you’re trying to have a conversation. So we knew we needed to do something about the soundproofing. It was a tall order, but I had confidence in Aaron and his team… and they didn’t disappoint. Not only did they come up with a clever solution, they installed it, sprayed it and completed the whole project in the two days I allocated. It was refreshing to work with a decorating company that offered an out-of-the-ordinary solution. The final result far exceeded our expectations and our conference room is back to being a modern space that we’re proud to host meetings in. Finding quick, efficient and creative decorating teams like AGS is rare!

Recently had Aaron round to redecorate a few rooms and we were really pleased with his work. He was clean and tidy, respectful of the house and the finish was great, particularly the wood work. The level of prep work put in was above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Aaron and his team did a fantastic job. We have a very old house so no wall is straight. Aaron was very helpful in advice on discussions of colour schemes and recommendations on different makes of paint. He's done work inside and outside the house and his attention to detail is first class. Proof is in the prep which is what I was most impressed with. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.
